GPIC Donates for Real Madrid Foundation Academy
His Excellency Dr. Mustafa Al-Sayed Secretary General of the Royal Charity Organization (RCO) received Dr. Abdulrahman Jawahery, President of Gulf Petrochemical Industries Company (GPIC). During the meeting, Dr. Mustafa Al-Sayed received a financial contribution from GPIC to support Real Madrid Foundation Academy of Bahrain.
On this occasion, his Excellency Dr. Mustafa Al-Sayed appraised the constant attention from GPIC to give charity and support the humanitarian work done by RCO.
On his part, Dr. Abdulrahman Jawahery President of GPIC assured that they will keep giving support and assistance to the various programs and activities presented by RCO and which return with benefit on the orphans, widows and those in need, in order to achieve social interdependence and cooperation.
RCO also aspires to use this charitable sports academy revenue to provide care to orphans and widows and support people in need. As Real Madrid Foundation Academy aims to enhance and improve the students’ social skills and improve their relationships with the others, and contribute in social integration with their peers. As well as spreading education to all levels of society through playing soccer, promoting ethical values and growing them up on fair play, integrating the orphans with their peers in various sport courses, help each child in personal stability and assist him to be stress-free, finding an outlet for the youth and children through practicing soccer and finding a sports base of soccer students in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
It is worth noting that Real Madrid Bahrain opens the door to students ranging from 6 to 17 years old of both genders to register and participate, and it’s managed by a selected group of well qualified local educators and trainers with specialized degrees and field experience in dealing with children, and who passed training courses made by Real Madrid and approved by Real Madrid Academy under their observation and supervision.
RCO Signs Health Agreement with Dr. Alawi Al-Alawi Surgical Clinic
The Royal Charity Organization (RCO) has signed a cooperation agreement with Dr. Alawi Al-Alawi’s Surgical Clinic to provide free consultations to the families affiliated with RCO.
The agreement was signed by both his Excellency Dr. Mustafa Al-Sayed the Secretary General of RCO and the Consultant Dr. Alawi Al-Alawi.
The Organization is keen to sign many agreements with a number of hospitals and private clinics in order to provide the necessary treatment to the affiliated families in various aspects of ophthalmology, dentistry, orthopedics, and dermatology and other diseases, in order to preserve the health of the orphans and widows, follow up on their health status and provide the necessary treatment for them to live in perfect health and well-being.
Children of RCO Practice Short Story Writing
The Royal Charity Organization (RCO) hosted the Omani writer Bushra Khalfan, which presented a workshop titled (The Short Story from Idea to Text) to a group of RCO’s affiliates at the Arabian Gulf University hall.
During the workshop, the participants were taught the basics of short story writing and the most important key points the writer should follow to come out with a good script. The participants had also a practical application and practiced story writing.
